Bir kullanıcı, ayarlar ile, ya da benim uygulama için kendi itme bildirimleri etkin devre dışı olup olmadığını belirlemek için arıyorum.

ex:

UIRemoteNotificationType types = [[UIApplication sharedApplication] enabledRemoteNotificationTypes];
if (types == UIRemoteNotificationTypeNone)

iOS8 ve üstü:

[[UIApplication sharedApplication] isRegisteredForRemoteNotifications]
