Bazı notlar 26mar 2012 ekledi:

1) kosinüs uzaklık için, öncelikle veri vektörleri için |X| = 1, sonra normale

cosinedistance( X, Y ) = 1 - X . Y = Euclidean distance |X - Y|^2 / 2

hızlı. Bit vektörleri için, normları ayrı ayrı vektörler uzak tutun yüzer genişleyen yerine bazı programlar için genişletin olsa da). Seyrek vektörleri için, diyelim ki N, X %1'i . Y zaman O( 2 % N ),almalıdır uzay O(N); ama bunu bilmiyorum.

2) Scikit-learn clustering verir k-anlamına gelir, mükemmel bir bakış mini-parti-k-anlamına gelir ... kodu ile bu scipy çalışır.seyrek matrisleri.

3) her Zaman k-means sonra küme boyutlarını kontrol edin. -Boy eşit kümeler kabaca bekliyorsunuz, ama gelirlerse 4* * ... (kafa kaşıma sesi).
