Nasıl bir dosya C# / var olup olmadığını öğrenmek için .NET?

Bir dize C o dosyanın varlığı (Perl -e test veya Python os.path.exists() gibi bir şey) bir dosya için bir yol içeren test etmek istiyorum#.
