Bu settings.py python manage.py (runserver|shell|syncdb|test store)ile bir sürü güzel dosya olarak uygulama yapıyor.

Bu da eğer bir uygulama (init dosyası ile projeye alt proje olarak aynı şeyi adlı gerçekleşebilir.
