Ruby için PostgreSQL pg gem yüklemeye çalışıyorum.

Ben aşağıdaki komutu yayınladı:

gem install pg

Ruby 1.9.2 RVM kullanarak kurdum.

Yukarıdaki komutu bana aşağıdaki hata gösterir.

Hata :
