Subversion kolay (biraz fazla kolay sanırım) yeni bir şube svn copy komutunu kullanarak oluşturabilirsiniz.

$ svn copy svn ssh://host.example.com/repos/project/trunk \
           svn ssh://host.example.com/repos/project/branches/NAME_OF_BRANCH \
      -m "Creating a branch of project"
