Peki, neden bu durum alıyor muyum emin değilim. VS testleri çalıştırdığımda herhangi böyle bir istisna alamadım.

Doğru.. yanlış CopyLocal sonra tekrar girmeye çalıştım ama o da işe yarayacak gibi görünmüyor.

Aynı sorun, ama Nuget üzerinden EF 6 kurdum. EntityFramework.SQL Server başka bir yürütülebilir için kayıp oldu. Ben sadece bu proje için nuget paketi eklendi.
