Senin csproj Not Defteri (not defteri )dosyasını açın Find the line:

<Import Project="$(MSBuildToolsPath)\Microsoft.CSharp.targets" />

ve bununla değiştirin

<Import Project="$(MSBuildBinPath)\Microsoft.CSharp.targets" />
