remote prune origin ama faydası olmadı gıt denedim.

Benim için de iyi oldu. Benim durumumda, kötü hakem ustaydı ve şunları yaptım:

rm .git/refs/remotes/origin/master
git fetch

Bu gıt ref dosyayı geri yükleme yaptı. Bundan sonra her şey yine beklendiği gibi çalıştı.
